Large-Scale
Event Production
Giving loyal members and community members a space to celebrate and connect is a priceless experience. I am never daunted by an ever growing list of production deliverables. I take pride in being able to actively pivot, adapt and instruct others. I ensure that both guests and staff are able to fully enjoy the curated and memorable experience that they've anticipated, as well as surprise and delight them along the way.
Most importantly, I effectively integrate opportunities for data capture to analyze event success and leverage future opportunities for connection. Curation of event photography, video and PR collateral in a celebratory recap continue to fuels traction for future engagement.
BOULDERFEST 2022-2023
Event Producer + Marketing & Events Manager
Bouldering Project's signature community competition is a cornerstone of the brand's position as a top-tier climbing gym. As Marketing & Events Manager, I was responsible for envisioning and executing a weekend-long activation that engaged climbers of all abilities in a high-energy celebration of athleticism and camaraderie.
Working with our corporate team, I designed event marketing collateral for both digital content and in-person signage and custom merch & participant swag. I developed online event registration for competitors and headed volunteer assignments while assigning day-of coordinators. I coordinated brand partnerships, booked local musical entertainment, and confirmed participation of pro-level climbers.
I served as day-of point person for all production needs and run-of-show, navigating transition from community competition to outdoor vendor village & musical entertainment to highly produced Finals & after-party. Following Boulderfest, I analyzed the collection of both competitor & spectator data in our CMS to draw conclusions about climber demographics, membership conversion and event reach.

J-SERVE 2017-2019
Event Director + Teen Programs Manager
The Jewish community of Austin's largest annual day of teen-led community action, known as J-Serve, serves a crucial role as the intersection of service and recruitment. As the lead for this event, I was tasked with recruiting and overseeing a teen steering committee to envision and produce this function.
Although delegation of tasks to teen-leaders is an essential part of the planning process, I provided adult over-sight in terms of overall project management and budgeting, securing grant funding, booking of venue space, transportation & high-profile guests, recruitment of adult chaperones, local publicity and media coverage.
