Logo Design
Capturing a brand concept isn't just an art - it's a science.
Smart design requires asking the right questions to better understand your company, your product and your users. A great logo is familiar yet distinctly original. For many small business owners, it can be the launch pad for brand recognition in their own communities and help set them apart in their industry.

The Tea with Bri Podcast
Given the title, “The love child of Oprah, Beyonce, and Michelle Obama”, Briona Jenkins is a public speaker, and activist for the LGBTQIA+, female, and people of color communities, and has years of experience using her platform to evoke change.
Bri’s podcast provides an honest space for growth and curiosity. Playful, large print 70’s-inspired lettering that “takes up space” provides both an authentic representation of the host’s boldness, balanced with an inviting and soft lavender - a nod to her queerness.
‘The Tea with Bri’ podcast features over 5 years of deep dive conversation with her friends and colleagues exploring hard-hitting and humorous topics. Bri is a strong believer in sharing stories and having conversations as a way for all of us to expand our views. As she always says, “Change happens in the uncomfortable spaces.”

Aunties & Friends
for Liberation
Dedicated to the advocacy and rights of transgender youth in New York City public schools, AF4L is a coalition of teachers, parents, students and community members seeking oversight and accountability in Community Education Council (CEC) meetings.
The activism and energy of AF4L is represented by youthful, bubbly lettering set in a robust apple representative of academics. By highlighting the visibility of transgender students, AF4L’s joyful colors allow for easy recognition by allies and supporters.
A clear and impactful brand identity is another essential component to legitimizing an organization that places the needs of minority students at the forefront of their mission as they combat measures that threaten GNC, BIPOC, ESL and other marginalized communities.

TGW Law
Based in Wichita Falls, TX, the family-owned law firm of Tate, Gowan & Wilson PLLC specializes in land ownership. With generational ties to Texas ranching, preserving heritage and legacies is a cornerstone of TGW Law. I chose to layer and intersect the founding partners' initials in a classic serif font that was later produced as both a multi-metal sign and engraved glass in their firm offices.

FORGE by EJC MOVE
A dynamic mentoring experience for young adults looking to upskill or pivot in their professional career journey - FORGE by EJC MOVE is 1:1 coaching program that engages and excites. By incorporating the company's cool dark teal and pairing it with a stark lime green, the trusted connection with EJC MOVE is present and invigorated. The forward pointing arrow in place of the "O" creates energetic motion and direction - the same feeling we want clients to feel about their bright futures as working professionals.

IEP Consulting
Centering students with special needs is at the heart of Michael Soria's mission to aide school districts in developing Individualized Education Plans for success. Using bright elementary shades of blue and yellow - IEP's circular logo represents the ring of support that educators and family members provide around special needs students to help them thrive in class and beyond.

Ginger Main Chun
When her own child came out as transgender, Ginger Main Chun sought the support of therapists and counseling professionals to help her family navigate this major transition. The positive experience she had inspired her to earn her MSW to support other families through big changes with empathy and knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community. Ginger's logo is inspired by her impassioned, intuitive approach to therapy. The neutral, relaxing olive green that reflects personal growth while the organic curving font represents a living path of change.

Hair By Brianna Breeze
Haircuts should never be a source of anxiety or stress for anyone - that's the positive and calming mindset of talented hairstylist Brianna Breeze from Austin, TX. Having worked for national brands like JVN, Ipsy, & Dos Equis - Brianna's gift for bringing out the best in hair makes her a natural advocate for self-love and self-care. For her logo, I incorporated bold bubbly shapes that mimic flowing hair tendrils and incorporated a comb for industry recognition. Her love of all things pink made it fun and easy to match her warm, heartfelt nature with a muted salmon color.
